Our commitments
Play subtly with aromas

Guarantee local production from our valley
Organic and local raw materials. We went to meet our suppliers whom we have chosen for their values, their organic production and their location in our region. Our malts come from the traditional Savoyard malting house Malt’InPott. Our hops are French and will eventually be supplied mainly by les Houblons Du Moulin in Ain.
For eco-responsible manufacturing
Create moments of sharing

No additives or preservatives

We invite you to create your 20L brew during a half-day workshop with us. In particular, you will learn how to choose the raw materials and the key stages of the brewing process, from crushing to fermentation. You will carry out each step under our expert advice. We will also show you how to bottle. Then, you will receive your bottles by colissimo, after fermentation. You can also, if you live closer, pick them up directly at the brewery.
